The org table lists W. H. Jackson as the brigade commander as well as the commander of the 7th Tennessee Cavalry. It doesn't say if Duckworth was acting as temporary commander or what. They were involved in the attack beside the 2nd Missouri cavalry, but I think it was the Texas brigade that charged thru the streets of Holly Springs.
